HOW DO I CHANGE THE NIB?

Our pen is using a screw-in mechanism so changing the nib is simply by twisting it a bit and then pulling it. Please see a review page video (click here) to see it in action.

WHAT INK SHOULD I USE?

The medium nib for regular writing should take any fountain pen ink in the market.

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?

Generally, you can use any paper you like to write with your fountain pen. However, you probably don't want to use low quality papers that make your writing smear (e.g. regular printing paper).

WHERE WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED FROM?

USA orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California when it's in stock.

For other countries, your orders will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center to your location.

HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING PERIOD?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically take 1-2 working days to process before shipment. Please allow another 1-2 days for the delivery tracking to be updated from the courier company.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We offer a trackable shipping Worldwide. It doesn't matter where you live, we can send the packet to your place.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX?

We can ship to P.O. Box. However, we cannot provide a guarantee for orders ship to P.O. Box. It's the best to ship the parcel to the residential address where there's someone to receive and sign for the delivery.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, most of the time the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal via our two payments gateways PayPal and Stripe. PayPal & Stripe are the most secure payment gateways available in the market.

MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD GOT REJECTED. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Some Debit/Credit Cards may not work using our Credit Card processor, so using PayPal is the best solution.
You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account.

WHAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

If you find it in your spam/junk folder, please move it to your inbox so that you receive future notification from us.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.
